Many recipes and, as a result, also production processes
in the food industry can be optimised. With just a few minor changes, processes can become more time and cost efficient. Our expertise in process engineering (pasteurisation, cook & chill, frozen foods, pasty products) is derived from a combination of my training as a cook and dietary cook and my comprehensive hands-on knowledge of industrial production processes.

We offer this expertise to food retailers, travel catering companies and many other industrial consumers to help them optimise their recipes or create new products. Our lists of ingredients are significantly shorter, which contributes to giving the consumer a high level of confidence in the product.
